This was the first time doing business with them. Scheduled an inspection. All went well except they left my key in a drop box since I wasnt able to pick the car up during business hours and the combination they gave me was wrong which was frustrating because it was the last four digits of my phone number which they called me on to tell me the combo. I walked from the train and my cell phone was dead so I was stranded there. I started trying different combinations of my phone number and it finally worked. Classic case of a careless error ruining an otherwise good experience and first impression.
