Peter and his team are the very best that Manhasset vehicle owners have to help them maintain their vehicles. Plandome Service Center recently moved across the street to a completely updated shop that provides his team and your car with all the right tools. The new facility is beautiful and can make waiting for your vehicle a very pleasant experience. We would highly recommend Peter, Dennis and the rest of the team to anyone who wants fast, professional and honest service. They have always come thru for us in a pinch and we know they would do the same for you too.

We've Been going here for over a decade. They are always polite, prompt, honest and fairly priced. We highly recommend this Service Center.

I needed a last minute annual safety inspection and they were able to accommodate me the following day. They said it might take up to 2 1/2 hours. Imagine my surprise when I got a text from them 1 1/2 later saying the car was ready and they found no additional work was needed. How often does that happen? Even better, the text message contained exactly was was done as well as pics of dings to the car they noticed. They also said they will send me a text/email reminder next year when the next inspection is due. I like it that they seem to be using technology to improve customer satisfaction. They also said they have the equipment to handle Hondas, so I might just give them a call next time something goes wrong since the neighborhood Honda dealers have not gotten exemplary reviews.
